Mayor Nutter Press Conference for 2011 Mummers Parade

On Wednesday, December 22, 2010, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter held a Press Conference for the 2011 Mummers Parade.

The Press Conference was held on Broad and Pine Streets, on the steps of the University of the Arts.
